- Experiência mínima de un año en expansión y sector inmobiliario
- Disponibilidad para viajar a distintas zonas de la costa de Oaxaca
- Contar con licencia para conducir
- Capacidad de negociación

PRINCIPALES ACTIVIDADES:

- Localizar e identificar puntos potenciales para nuevas tiendas.
- Negociación con arrendadores.
- Asegurar las mejores condiciones de arrendamiento para la marca.
- Seguimiento puntual durante todo el proceso de contratación.
- Validar ubicación.
- Concretar negociación
- Firma de contrato con arrendadores

¿QUÉ OFRECEMOS?
Sueldo mensual $14,500 brutos
Bonos por indicadores de hasta $60,000
