As Logistic Account Manager Strategic Partnerships, you have a leading role in partnerships management, continuous improvement, and supporting the Strategic Partnership team to assure business acceleration. The role is within the co-packing team, responsible for outsourcing the packaging activities of butter and cheese products to external co-packers.Staying true to who you really are is your starting point at FrieslandCampina. If who we are suits you, but you're not sure if you're the best fit for the role, we still encourage you to apply so we can help you find the role that fits you best.Your main tasks & responsibilities will be:Manage, follow up, and report the performance of our partners.Build and expand existing and new relationships with key partners in co-packing.Run improvement projects with partners to reduce complaints, failure costs, improve quality, and (supply chain) processes.Lead the balance of demand and supply on a tactical level with our partners and within our department.Manage the product portfolio of the Strategic Partnership department.Run projects to implement new partners (build the network), new products (grow business), and new routes to markets.Optimize and integrate the full scope supply chain; from raw material to co-packer and to end customer.Capture commercial opportunities to grow business.Create alignment between our partnerships capabilities and our internal stakeholders.The purpose of Strategic Partnerships is to assure the product quality at external manufacturers (EM) and that the performance of the external manufacturers is in line with our agreements and commercial needs. You ensure that we have a fit-for-purpose portfolio that is compliant and competitive. Your day-to-day work consists of managing your dedicated key accounts, being the first point of contact, and maintaining the best possible relationship. Good negotiation skills, together with a strong problem-solving mentality, should ensure a win-win culture to grow the business for both FrieslandCampina and your key account.We encourage you to be in the field, visiting your key account and their playing field to understand the business and their challenges. Together with your direct team members in the packaging team, you solve all challenges and improve the profitability of your key accounts.
