Propósito Básico:
Implantar estrategias de la logística en tiempo, trayecto y localización de los materiales adquiridos, revisar y garantizar la transparencia de las implicaciones legales de las operaciones realizadas. Así como el aseguramiento de la llegada de material y salida del producto terminado.
Principales Finalidades:
1. Planear y Asegurar que todas las importaciones y exportaciones cuenten con el soporte necesario para obtener el grado óptimo en costo y tiempo con clientes y proveedores.
2. Coordinar el tránsito de materiales de importación así como asegurarse de que la importación de dicho material sea efectuada de acuerdo a los lineamientos legales aprovechando los beneficios que la empresa puede obtener al trabajar bajo diferentes esquemas de importación. Control y descarga de programas de Comercio Exterior.
3. Establecer los puntos de control necesarios para garantizar el arribo de los materiales de forma oportuna.
4. Elaboración de requisiciones para facturas de fletes.
5. Coordinar la llegada de los insumos a la planta asegurando que este llegue en el tiempo adecuado para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes internos.
6. Revisar los pedimentos de importación para asegurar que el procedimiento se lleve a cabo de acuerdo a los lineamientos de la empresa.
