We are looking for a **recent graduate** with experience in customer service and logistics knowledge, advanced English proficiency is a requirement for this position, as there will be interaction with international customers.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced conversational English level.** (Indispensable)**:

- Experience in customer service or call center. (Desirable)
- Experience in international logistics. (Desirable)
- Taste or interest in the commercial-sales area.

**Requirements**:

- Direct dealings with the United States market and clients.
- Communication and negotiation with clients in the US market.
- Organization and coordination of transportation.
- Effective follow-up with the client.
