YOUR ROLE ·       Design and implement strategies for the optimization of warehousing, inventory control, distribution and resource management processes at CEDIS Guadalajara in order to achieve high productivity and process efficiencies.
·       Create, plan, execute and manage  budget for CEDIS Guadalajara which is aligned to business expectations in order to provide profitability.
·       Manage and strategize for improvement projects to optimize administrative and operational time and savings.
·       Provide follow up and/or lead issues related to CEDIS GDL with the different stakeholders (Market Ops, HR, Production, Commercial, Finance, Purchasing, Facilities, Legal, Medical Service, etc.)
that can ensure a correct functioning of the CEDIS activities.
·       Ensure proper availability of space, tools, machinery, supplies, training, safe conditions, working environment both in the administrative and operational part in order to ensure the proper functioning of the CEDIS activities.
YOUR SKILLS Previous experience working as Logistics Manager for CEDISBachelors Degree in Logistics, International trade, Engineering.Advanced english skills, needed.Experience managing teams.Position located in Zapopan At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
