Logistic Sales Specialist

Objectives of the Position:- Contact potential customers- Maintain positive relationships with customers.- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.- Maintain clients records.Activities- Make bookings with shipping lines and/or airlines for exports.- Issue HBLs for export.- Create and update electronic files.- Fill out and update the operations report in Drive- Update shipments in the System (dates and documents).- Monitor each shipment.Review documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, BLs, customs declarations).- Prepare letters of instruction for shipping lines.- Release shipments.Collect and review expense accounts and all invoices.Request payments to suppliers.- Enter costs/sales into the system for invoicing.Process warranty returns with shipping lines and clients.Send arrival notifications.**Requirements**:- Degree in International Business and Foreign trade or related- Experience in Maritime, air, and land logistic processes.- Cross-Border Exports and Imports.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
