Eaton's ESSG CPSD PDD Power Delivery Division division is currently seeking a Logistics Analyst.
**What you'll do**:
**Job Summary**
Logistics Analyst has the full liability of managing the outbound/inbound shipments on different transportation modes: Truckload, Air, and LTL. In parallel, this position is responsible to provide information and guidance to internal users regarding shipping methods, transit times, and shipping costs in order to avoid unnecessary expenses.
**Responsibilities**:
A) Based on site requirements, manage transportation arrangements such as: forecasting available equipment, collection scheduling, follow-up with carriers, delivery confirmation and other activities related with.
B) Monitoring outbound shipments for finished goods between site and Distribution Center or other delivery locations.
C) Monitoring inbound shipments for raw materials since supplier's location or distribution center to the site.
D) Interact with internal / external users regarding shipping status and resolution, if necessary.
E) May perform other responsibilities as assigned such as: KPIs, Cost Out Projects, Continuous Improvement and so on.
F) Supporting and maintenance activities to ensure the site security certifications OEA - CTPAT.

**Qualifications**:
**Education level required**
- Bachelor's degree in International Business,Customs and Logistics related
**Years and area of experience required**
- 1- 3 years experience in Logistics / Trade Compliance
**Technical knowledge**
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel audit formulas and macros) ,
- Microsoft Office Access knowledge is a plus, Auditing Skills, Knowledge of ERP transactions (SAP/Oracle), Ability to use a Customs Software, STA (Vastera) or equivalent Trade Management System
