**Job Overview**:
This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of imported goods from point of origin to our warehouses, contributing to our overall success in delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- IMPORT SHIPMENT TRACKING: Implement robust tracking systems to monitor the real-time status and location of inbound shipments, ensuring accurate and timely updates for all stakeholders.
- INBOUND SHIPMENTS FROM PLANT TO TRACK: Oversee the seamless movement of goods from manufacturing plants to destination points, optimizing transportation routes and minimizing transit times.
- INVOICE APPROVALS: Review and approve invoices related to import logistics, verifying accuracy and compliance with contractual terms, while maintaining a keen eye on cost control.
- MAKING CONTRACTS: Enter contracts into the system and ensure their accuracy with traders, contract manger and save them in appropriate folders.
- BOOKING THE TRUCKS: Looking for the best available option from the numbers of truckers that we have on the list based on the rate and services. Reaching out to them and booking in the trucks.
- TAKING INSURANCE: Follow company policies and protocols while conducting data collection, ensuring ethical and respectful practices with all stakeholders.
- OTHER ADMIN TASKS: Work in tandem with the operations team to facilitate the seamless transition of collected data and execution of contracts.

**Employment Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in import logistics coordination.
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and international trade compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization internal and external in a professional and objective manner.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a team player and able to work efficiently in a dynamic fast-paced, work environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills while maintaining a high-quality of customer-service.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail including the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Pay: From $12,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
