Coordinates the type of transportation necessary for the type of products to be shipped. Calculates transportation requirements, coordinates shipping priorities and schedules specific reconfigurations for each customer order, making sure they are fulfilled and shipped on time. Performs specialized and technical duties associated with sales orders, delivery, quality, and use of equipment and services for the company's production and engineering operations. Coordinates the flow of materials and equipment. Work with suppliers to integrate with Terex Genie Mexico materials management systems and timely distribution of materials. Generates reports that show the data of the Shipment operations of Finished Product Units, as well as the logistics operations.Main Activities:- Participates in the specifications of the materials, products and resources necessary for production.- Identifies, learns, and manages cycle times in the flow of materials and finished products.- Identifies and manages engineering change orders.- Help in the acquisition of Urgent Orders through the most effective means, taking into account quality, availability, cost, delivery time and continuous improvement.- Participates with other team members to evaluate purchase agreements and material contracts, as well as in the management and control of materials required for reconfiguration operations.- Works to develop productive relationships with Customers and Suppliers. (Especially Transportation). Develop communication and feedback links throughout your environment. Establishes and maintains a network of information flow and generation of reports and reports.- Maintains an up-to-date understanding of the latest thinking in concepts such as total quality management, lean thinking, one-piece flow, and Just-in-Time. (Lean Thinking, one piece Flow, just-in-time).- Assists in reviewing finished product specifications for shipments as well as Unit verification for the specific customer.- Investigates, evaluates material usage, and helps establish criteria for placing reconfiguration orders.
