.**Job Description Summary**: The Logistics Project Leader, Global Freight Audit will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of all project work needed to onboard service providers for assigned region(s). This may include supporting transition pre-work, contract requirements, data gathering and documentation, system setup, testing and go-live hyper care activities. They will provide project leadership and management necessary to ensure the selected providers and business stakeholders are engaged and supported. They will effectively execute timely transitions. In partnership with IT and stakeholders, they will ensure all transition activities are performed to schedule with selected service providers. The Logistics Project Leader will identify key dependencies and ensure priorities are well understood and communicated by the project team. Operamos en el centro de un ecosistema que trabaja hacia la precisión de la digitalización de la salud, ayudando a impulsar la productividad y mejorando los resultados para pacientes, proveedores, sistemas de salud e investigadores de todo el mundo.**Roles and Responsibilities**- Supervise and manage service provider performance as it relates to onboarding GE Healthcare as a new customer.- May provide direct or indirect leadership for overall project operations including those where shared resources are required to execute project deliverables and/or monitor activities.- Ensure internal teams and service providers are initiating their pre-work and transition start activities on schedule.- Identify key dependencies and ensure priorities are well understood as it relates to the transition project plan deliverables.- Identify bottlenecks and work with relevant teams (IT, Ops, External Providers) to ensure concerns are mitigated and transition plans are adhered to.- Host cross-functional project team meetings with internal and external teams to gauge progress, identify roadblocks and drive accountability.- Engage in all communications regarding the services and/or deliverables for assigned region.- Partner with FAP leadership to ensure plans are in place for seamlessly exiting current provider(s) while supporting plans to go-live with new providers.- Provides detailed status and projections for transition area(s) of focus
