As Customer Service, you will lead all aspects of the business (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity) of a defined department within a manufacturing operation. Overseeing the customer care area and manufacturing goals to deliver the best experience to our customers. You will also drive continuous improvement using OPEX-KX principles and Lean manufacturing tools.
