**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
**Experience**:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex supply chain and logistics operations.
**Technical Knowledge**:
- Strong understanding of automotive supply chain processes, including JIT (Just-In-Time) and JIS (Just-In-Sequence) delivery.
- Proficiency with logistics and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
