Arrow provides extraordinary value to customers and suppliers - the best technology companies in the world - and connects them through the company's industry-leading services.What You'll Be Doing:Provides solutions on procedures and issues regarding inventory control, ensures legal compliance to requirements, and interacts with internal/external customer.Coordinates with asset teams to resolve Purchase Order discrepancies and swift resolution to ensure product flow.Partner with Transportation to ensure 3rd party import/export processes are in place and practiced ensuring inventory movement and compliance.Act as a single point of contact between Sales Operations and the warehouse for swift and clear communication.Independently identifies root causes and resolves issues pertaining to financial impact to Logistics and Value-Add operations.Gives direction and provides solutions regarding inventory discrepancies and reports.Creates written procedures and policies to comply with internal and external customer requirements pertaining to processes.Supports Enterprise Quality in preparing and managing all internal and external certifications. Partner with the Enterprise Quality in assisting with and not limited to stock checks, RMA disposition, etc.Acts as a consultant to project leaders to implement new or transferred business as an expert in inventory software systems and compliance knowledge.Other duties as assigned.What We Are Looking For:Typically requires a 2-year degree and 3–5 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.Fluency both in English and Spanish.Ability to travel to the US as required (must have US visa).Knowledge of ISO9001.Strong sense of teamwork.Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.Work Arrangement:Fully Office - 5 days in officeWhat's In It For You:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
