How You will Make an ImpactPreparation of complete set of documents for transport ordering and customs declaration o bserving specifics for dangerous goods transport where necessaryClarification of documents with all involved internal and external business partnersOrdering of Transports based on defined dates, preferred carriers and transportation contractsArrange for goods pickup at supplier with all transport modesPerform order to invoice verification for 3PL servicesPreparation of documents (Intrastat) for statistics administrationCoordination of dispatch activities based on defined logistics conceptsInformation to all relevant parties on transport details and current statusSupporting process optimizationHolding carrier liable and clarifying discrepancies (damages, delays etc.)What You BringBachelor in a business field (supply chain, logistics or similar) or education with relevant work experience alternatively and e.g forwarding agent/Manager2 - 4 years of experience in Transportation Management covering all modes (air, sea, ground, processing, transport ordering and monitoring, project logistics)Experience in managing Logistics Services is already gained by ensuring accurate, on time and economical delivery services to suit customer needs and/or meet internal project requirementsPreferably basic knowledge in export processes and documentsHigh analytical ability, customer & solution orientation as well as your social competence, assertiveness and a high organizational & team ability are further elements of your set of skillsAbove average communication skills to stay informed, to collaborate and to distribute all relevant information to internal & external business partners e.g. internal and external suppliers, project management, logistics service providersExcellent communication skills throughout all levels in the organization in English, spoken and written.Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Teams Word etc.), and basic knowledge in SAPAbout the TeamBecome a part of our mission for sustainability: clean energy for generations to come.
