.Mission:The role is responsible for providing excellence in loss prevention compliance in stores and DC and also executive protection strategy as well as security training and embedded consultant services.Responsabilities:1. Identify improvements, track and report on key performance metrics, which allow performance to be increased so that the desired results are achieved based on the business strategy.2. Ensure that internal controls are met according to CEDIS requirements.3. Follow-up on investigations of suspected theft and internal fraud; conduct interviews whenappropriate.4. Identify, promote and implement security best practices.5. Effectively partner with internal customers to evaluate current and future security services, processes and initiatives.6. Coordinate data collection and analysis, generating strategic and tactical interpretations.7. Drive the process by which compliance with all corporate loss prevention program standards is attained.8. Serve as a member of a coordinated team of Loss Prevention in relentlessly pursuing improvements to company-wide loss prevention program efforts.9. Perform interior and exterior Loss Prevention audits of all the country stores and being alert to and responding to any security of Loss Prevention issues noted.10. Encourage and promote Loss Prevention within the workforce exercising integrity and ethical methods.11. Support the development and deployment of cost effective security systems and solutions to mitigate risks and Modus Operandi.12. Establish and use risk assessment processes to identify and prioritize risks and mitigation means.13. Positively reflect the Sephora/Loss Prevention department through public relations and customer service; set a personal example of the highest level.15. Day to day supervision of executive protection engagements16. Be in charge of loss prevention executive security program.17. Be in charge of civil protection in the corporate office.**Experience**:- Experience in executive protection strategy.- Solid experience as responsible of the execution and strategy for Loss Prevention activities for a physicals site (Fabric, warehouse, retail store, etc.)- Solid experience with security equipment such as intrusion detection devices, access control systems, and video review system- Solid experience in security services, asset protection, audit, risk management, inventory control.- Intermediate-Advanced excel skills.- 5 years' experience in country environment managing security and loss prevention in supply chain, industrial, logistics, transportation, same day delivery.- CPP, PSP, TAPA training will be noted as a plus; - Interviewing and Interrogation experience desired, and Wicklander and Zulawski certification is a plus; - Functional knowledge in developing, implementing, maintaining, and managing security policies and procedures; conducted physical security risk assessments of facilities including manufacturing, distribution, trade, and office
