A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.**About the role**:Support the company's growth strategy through M&A, by analyzing and developing new opportunities in the different markets of Latin America.**Key responsibilities**:- Prepare financial analysis.- Perform company valuations and prepare standard M&A documents.- Identify business opportunities with existing and potential targets.- Support the negotiation of mergers and acquisitions.- Assist in managing the merger and acquisition process.- Perform financial projections and modeling.**Qualifications and skills**:- Experience in financial analysis and proficiency in preparing and interpreting financial statements.- Availability to travel.- Advance English language profiency.- Knowledge of financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.- Ability to work autonomously and proactively, with excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.- Advanced analytical skills and ability to manage databases.- Customer and quality orientation, with learning agility and problem-solving skills.- Ability to handle uncertainty and ambiguities, with project management experience (desirable).
