You will have the opportunity to train and certify with suppliers and destinations such as theme parks, beaches, cruises, national or international trips, social events, among others. It is a 100% remote position and no experience is required.

We have more than 130 national and international suppliers such as Xcaret, Disney, Nickelodeon, Universal, Riu, Barcelo, Palladium, Sandals, VAX, Expedia, Golden Tickets, among others.

Responsibilities:Personalized Advice: Understand the needs and preferences of clients to offer travel recommendations adapted to their expectations.Reservations and Itinerary Management: Coordinate and manage reservations for flights, accommodations, transfers and activities according to the client's preferences.Destination Research: Stay up to date on popular destinations, events and tourist attractions to provide accurate and up-to-date information.Documentation Management: Assist clients with necessary documentation, such as visas and travel insurance.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service before, during and after the trip to ensure customer satisfaction.Tracking and Updating: Maintain accurate records of transactions and update clients on any changes or relevant information.
RequirementsHave a computer and/or devices with internet access.Excellent customer service attitude.Willingness and taste for using social networks as a sales tool.Desire to professionalize, certify and maintain constant training.Being over 18 years.
