Machining Engineer

ALTEN MÉXICO is a subsidiary of ALTEN Group, a leading global engineering and IT consulting firm operating in 30 countries.ALTEN MÉXICO provides comprehensive engineering solutions, covering the entire development cycle of projects.We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Machining Engineer to join our team.As a Machining Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing machining processes for the production of high-quality components.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of machining processes, improve productivity, and achieve cost and quality targets.If you are a talented engineer with a strong background in machining and a passion for process improvement, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities: Develop and optimize machining processes for the production of high-quality components Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of machining processes Analyze production data and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality Monitor and troubleshoot machining equipment to ensure optimal performance Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new machining processes and technologies Participate in the design and development of tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in machining engineering or related role Proficiency in machining processes and technologies, such as turning, milling, and grinding Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and CNC programming Experience with CAD software, such as NX or SolidWorks.GD&T knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred Advanced english Benefits Above law.
