**Position**: Maintenance and Improvements projects supervisor.**Work Schedule**: 45 Hour Week: Vertical schedule.**Reports To**: Production Manager.**Location/Division** New Millennium Building Systems Juarez, MX.**Department**: Production**Pay Grade/Pay Rate**: Accordingly, to NMBS- Juarez pay scale**Brief Description**:The Maintenance & Improvement projects Supervisor is responsible for deploying and managing all maintenance programs for optimal facility operation and to develop, design, and implement new projects for continuous improvement of operations. To achieve this the supervisor will coordinate the maintenance and the operations engineering departments and collaborates with NMBS corporate automation group, integrators, and equipment suppliers. His position will drive the adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, robotics, manufacturing software, data analytics, etc.) to achieve greater safety, efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:- **Supervisory Responsibilities**:_- Full adherence to NMBS company policies in terms of safety and discipline.- Hire and train new department employees.- Organize and manage staff workloads to support completion of tasks.- Work with management to develop, design, and execute automation projects.- Coordinate teams from various disciplines and locations, including corporate automation group, for the effective execution of complex automation, controls, and systems integration projects.- Provide technical guidance during building, testing, and commissioning of new or modified machines and systems.- Active participation in safety programs to make sure all risks identified for safety are corrected.- Drive preventive maintenance through planning and coordination to ensure plans are in place to support overall equipment effectiveness.- Be able to travel on a regular basis in the US and Mexico**Required Experience**- Have in charge and coordinator of integrating equipment projects.- Have overseen maintenance departments.- Technical knowledge and experience in electrical, Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical control devices, PLC's (AB, Schneider, M-Logic), encoders, electronic sensors, panel views, Pneumatic/Hydraulic valves, overhead cranes, welders, cutters and punch, safety devices, etc.- Able to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and utilities drawing / sketches.**Preferred****Education and other skills**Bilingual English - Spanish it's a must.BS- Mechatronic preferably.**Respond To**: Rafael Quinonez**Telefono**: US 915 315-0430Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- mantenimiento de equipos: 2 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
