.Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Maintenance Crib Buyer - Temporary.**What you'll do**:**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:A. Identification, pricing and expediting of all replacement part required for maintaining, its accessories and all machines within its confines.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:A. Determine proper identification numbers and amounts needed to complete maintenance crib min-max.B. Choose proper forms for requesting and expediting maintenance spare parts.C. Receive, inspect and restock incoming materials for maintenance crib.D. Track and expedite overdue purchase parts.E. Record completed work orders to create historical spare parts usage.F. Maintain work area cleanliness and assist in scheduled department housekeeping.G. Improve maintenance crib operation to reduce cost both in operation and inventory.F. Promotes the company's mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and values as well as quality policies.G. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.LI-DS2**Qualifications**:**SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE.**A. Engineering / Technician degree or related fields required.B. 1 years of experience in MRO crib managementC. All machining processes and the flow of material through the plant.D. Inventory concepts and its implementation.E. All area of inspection such as techniques, principles, procedures, and know how.**Skills**:**ENGINEERING FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCE.**a) Creativity.
