Management of tooling area, corrective and predictive maintenance of complete tooling for all equipment's installed in Molex Guadalajara.
Responsible of reduce downtimes, maintain productivity and performance of production lines.
Strong knowledge in Machin shop equipment, mechanical design software, mechanical materials and tooling design.
Leadership and skills to development of his team members.
Read and understand mechanical drawings in 2D and 3D

**What you Will do
- **Keep the tooling in good conditions, using 5s methodology in every area of the plant.**:
- Development of new suppliers in accordance with purchasing teams to reduce cost and lead time for tooling
- Development of routines for preventive and predictive maintenance for tooling
- Maintain in optimal conditions all tooling
- for 100% of the inventory of the tooling
- Reduce downtime generated for tooling damaged, lack of tooling or missing tooling
- Ensure the tooling needed for production plan
- **Ensure tooling** needed for NPI and NPD production
- Speed and agility in external and internal customer requirements.
**Who you are**
- 3 years of experience in similar position
- Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic and schematics diagrams.
- Strong knowledge using diagnostic equipment's and tools to resolve electrical and mechanical problems.
- Technical knowledge in **mechanical engineer**:
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance in tooling areas
**What Will put you ahead
- Experience in **extrusion process or molding process.**:
- English conversational.
- SAP system in maintenance module.
- Solid works and AutoCAD
