These Facilities systems cover:Building maintenance and repairMaterial handling production equipmentInternal transportation equipmentHVAC and dehumidifierProject-related servicesOther essential services required to sustain our operationsExpertise will be essential in enhancing the sustainability of buildings and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to the organization's environmental and operational objectives.Responsibilities include:Ensure the operation of air conditioning and dehumidifiers and that plant building maintenance meets requirements for a conducive working environment and compliance with specifications.Building Maintenance and Civil Works: Perform regular inspections, arrange for repairs, and plan the budget related to building maintenance.Production Service: Prepare budgets, maintenance schedules, and ensure all material handling equipment is in good condition, ready for production, along with transportation vehicles.HVAC and Humidity: Ensure air conditioning and dehumidifiers operate smoothly and collaborate with suppliers to ensure all units are in good condition.Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.Develop strategies to optimize utility usage, minimize waste, and promote sustainability initiatives.Implement energy-saving practices and technologies to reduce the organization's environmental footprint.Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to utility management and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines related to building management.Lead utility-related projects, including upgrades, expansions, and installations, from inception to completion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Ensure projects are executed within budget and meet quality and safety standards.Project Related: Collaborate with the MTE civil central team to get advice on civil work related to projects.Qualifications- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or others).- General Knowledge: Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental rules specific to the profession; familiarity with maintenance procedures.- Technical Competencies: Mastery of manufacturing processes; proficiency in using computer tools (ERP); technical proficiency in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
