From theinternal and external infrastructure, these must include all equipment that supplies the energy of thebuilding, and industrial security systems, as well as peripheral equipment for the facilities.These activities must be within any regulations that are required to be met.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Maintain the plant building, equipment, and facilities in optimal condition,according to the needs- Comply with the regulations of the fire and alarm systems- Compliance with national and foreign regulations (if applicable), which areapplicable to maintenance of industrial facilities.- Maintain an excellent atmosphere within your team of collaborators and colleagues- Planning and execution of building maintenance plans, as well as monitoringpromptly to service orders.Seek continuous improvement through problem solving methodologies- Enforce internal safety regulations, examples LoTo and EPP.- Comply with quality systems (ISO 9000:2015)- Supervise compliance with preventive maintenance orders.- Rigorous monitoring of projects.- Control and analysis of critical parts for high inventory.- Solve equipment/facility problems effectively and efficiently in theinstallations.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION- Engineer with a degree in the areas of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering- Minimum of 3 years in a similar position supervisor of maintenance of equipment andIndustrial facilities.- English (minimum 80%)KNOWLEDGE- Problem solving methodology: A3, PDCA, DMAIC.- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance in distribution panelselectrical.Knowledge of dust and residue extraction systems from welding processes- Experience in fault analysis in substations, rapid response to critical problems.Expert in fault analysis in electrical distribution.- Reading of electrical distribution plans, storm-drainage systems, hydraulicshealth, structural- Development, Application and Predictive Analysis in industrial equipment
