GENERAL SUMMARY
Supervises the group of maintenance technicians in his charge and keeps the production equipment running according to the company's needs, designing and following the necessary maintenance programs for this purpose.
Also using the company's techniques and tools, such as 5's, TPM, six-sigma, etc.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Electromechanical, electrical, mechanical, industrial, mechatronics engineering or Equivalent experience.
4 years of experience in the area of production equipment maintenance.
2 years of experience with personnel management
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Basic English for reading technical information.
Extensive knowledge of preventive, corrective and root cause maintenance techniques, good command of fault diagnosis.
Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic control, drivers and PLC.
SAP and Google-Docs (desirable)
**Knowledge of techniques and philosophies such as**: TPM, Six Sigma, 5's, DMAIC
**Knowledge of security techniques and standards such as**: Lock-Out, Tag-Out (Locking and Carding).
Use of personal protective equipment and work at heights, handling of chemicals.
Dynamic and good pressure management
Knowledge of compressed air, electrical and hydraulic installations.
Experience in maintenance of presses, conveyors, cranes and hoists, hydraulic pumps or similar equipment.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep production equipment running according to the company's needs.
Supervise the team of technicians and maintenance group leaders, creating a good work environment, continually improving the efficiency of the personnel under their charge and achieving the department's annual objectives.
Designs and uses the necessary preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Use diagnostic and improvement tools to correct root failures in production equipment, preventing them from recurring.
**Service attitude**: Addresses the needs of internal customers in an attentive, timely and effective manner.
**Use BRPMS techniques such as**: Ideas, TPM, 5's, PSP, etc.
AND Participate in assigned committees.
Any other task or responsibility assigned by the supervisor.
Participate in safety-related activities.
Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
Comply with the safety rules determined according to your function.
Complete planned training related to Quality and Training on time.
Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
