Help us deliver solutions that ensure Life Is On everywhere, for everyone and at every moment.Great people make Schneider Electric a great company.What will you be doing in this position?Preventive maintenance management for production equipment, support in corrective maintenance of the equipment, monitoring and compliance with department KPIs, technical support in automated equipment, execution of CAPEX and OPEX projects to improve productivity, definition of predictive maintenance management, TPM in processes, and increase equipment efficiency and availability.Key Responsibilities:Enforce safety & health rules & 5S.Manage the maintenance department according to SPS/SIM rules to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment (OEE, MTBF, MTTR).Plan, prioritize, schedule, and manage maintenance and tooling activities to rectify breakdowns and malfunctions and minimize business disruptions.Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being.Experience in PLC operations, including basic system configurations, data manipulation, data communications, advanced programming commands, interfacing, troubleshooting, and application development.Manage projects CAPEX & OPEX to improve productivity.What do you get to do in this position?Analyze equipment problems resulting from mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions.Actively participate in 8D's root cause analysis.Program with PLC to improve machine performance.Plan, prioritize, schedule, and manage maintenance activities.Manage the TPM on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines.QualificationsWe know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience.
