Maintenance Technician Monterrey

Execute preventive/corrective maintenance on automated machinery, molding process, chillers, and Motan dryer.
Responsibilities Analysis and correction of mechanical failures in rotating equipment and automatic baggers.Identification of electrical faults, including diagnosis of AB servo motors, electrical power control, AB and Siemens PLC I/O, and sensors.Identification of equipment problems using PLC connectivity (ladder analysis).Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.Load cells maintenance.Education Mechatronics Technician.Work Experience Maintenance Technician for assembly lines.Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.Interpretation of drawings including GD&T.Handling of multimeter, megger, and thermal camera.Handling of Vernier caliper, torque wrench, and micrometer.Completion of daily reports and experience with computerized maintenance management systems.Mechanics and automation experience.Knowledge of thermo regulators and transducers.Additional Skills Use of workshop machines including lathe, milling machine, grinder, and welding.
