You will assist with Brand Performance Support (BPS) efforts and provide targeted strategic and tactical support to an assigned group of hotels. To successfully do so, you will follow BPS processes, handle the relationship between the enterprise and hotels, and drive company objectives by building and cultivating positive relationships. Tasks include but are not limited to:- Serve as the front-line response for tactical questions relating to hotel operations, sales, revenue maximization, eCommerce, marketing, and all other Brand related questions.- Provide one-on-one consultations.- Collaborate closely with the BPS Director, Hotel Performance, and Hotel Leadership Support Teams on the necessary support of the hotels within the region.- Support the physical hotel pre-opening process - BPS Roadmap. This includes collaborating with new hotel teams, internal teams to ensure a timely and smooth pre/post-hotel opening and an on-time ramp-up.- Lead proper rollout and execution of brand and company-related initiatives in the region.- Analyze and understand hotel and region needs and opportunities.- Partner with other functional teams to streamline efficiencies as well as implementation and compliance with new initiatives
