**Job Description** GENERAL DESCRIPTION**
- Responsible manager of the project leader team within the Logistics department (JuP1/LOG).
- Scope are Logistics Innovation and improvement projects, governance for LOG processes (especially Customer Planning, Production Scheduling, Procurement Planning, Ramp-Up Planning, physical Logistics) and business intelligence, key user activities (especially SAP), center of competence for RPA developments in JuP1/LOG.
**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Leadership of assigned associates in US and Mexico, includes performance reviews, target setting, competence development, disciplinary actions (15%).
- Supervision of the correct project implementation of I4.0 / LOG innovation solutions in logistic operations (40%).
- Process governance function in JuP1/LOG, including definition and deployment of process standards, project management methods and policies (10%).
- Interface to corporate logistic departments / Center of Competences regarding the development of solutions and their deployment (10 %).
- Interface and main contact for IT department regarding development and deployment of SAP changes within the JuP1/LOG department (5%).
- Interface to production and other indirect departments regarding optimization of processes between material flow / Logistics solutions and their responsibilities (5%).
- Reporting to head of department JuP1/LOG (5%).
- CIP activities, new improvement projects definition (10%).
**Qualifications** EDUCATION & ACADEMIC BACKGROUND**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Preferred Master's degree).
- Bilingual (Fluent English and Spanish).
- German preferred.

- Coordination and supervision of an assigned group / associates. Advanced - low.

- Manage according to BOSCH standards; applies progressive discipline

- Human resource selection and professional development of personnel

- Establishment and maintenance of KPI's according to influence in
official formats. (Scout.it implementation, Projects timing executions,
