This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in growth of the People Consulting team.Organization and Workforce Transformation comprises of professionals who provide service offerings corresponding to Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Leadership and Culture. Apart from project delivery, we support all aspects of Business Development work, PoV development, proposals and market research that comes under the purview of OWT.Your Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow the Organization and Workforce Transformation consulting services capability by developing strong relationships with global practices.Work on global client projects as part of a global distributed team. Ensure quality of all work products, timeliness and accuracy of content.Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across the OWT service areas to provide insights on overall strategic and operational performance.Lead a team of professionals and provide direction to the team across different pursuit and project phases.Achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, headcount growth and penetration for the OWT team.Ensure high operational efficiency by managing engagement risks and escalations, project economics, and ensuring effective planning and budgeting.Be recognized internally as a 'go-to' advisor on issues related to Organization and Workforce transformation, strategic workforce planning, Organization restructuring and talent planning.Perform the role of a counsellor and a coach: define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team.Develop thought leadership collaterals, tools, techniques, methodologies to build and enhance software offerings within the practice.Skills and attributes for success:Demonstrate high integrity and commitment to working in a new, challenging environment.Demonstrate ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive.Strong leadership and team management skills.Effective communication and presentation skills.Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity.High energy levels, be flexible, adaptable and be confident.To qualify for the role, you must have:12-16 years of experience in relevant fields
