Develops best practice and solutions for HRIS Solutions. Work with global HRBPs and COEs. Allocates work to appropriate team members based on capacity, capability and interests of the team members. Builds and develops a strong HR team through work assignments which engage individuals and grow HR capabilities. Works with the entire HR team and with management to enhance the work environment and culture; Identify patterns and opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, taking into consideration the Global nature of the organization.- **Requirements**:Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or HR, required; Minimum 8+ years in progressively senior HR roles, including experience leading generalists, HR Information Systems and direct involvement with Senior Leaders. Experience of working closely with payroll providers and payroll systems.
