Your Impact:As a Java Architect and Manager, you will lead the development of high-end technology solutions for our clients, focusing on core Java, databases, and messaging systems.You will guide development, design, user interface, technology integration, and overall project architecture.You will manage and support the technical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code, and will engage in client-facing activities, including business development and relationship-building.Your Skills & Experience:Extensive software development experience with expertise in Java 8+ and knowledge of the latest Java 9 featuresStrong experience with multithreading, data structures (e.G., hashmaps), ER modeling, transaction management (across databases and queues), and locking strategiesDeep knowledge of OOP, algorithms, and data structuresProficient in writing high-quality code with full automated unit test coverage (JUnit, Mockito, etc.)Experience defining and applying design standards, patterns, and quality metricsStrong experience with CI/CD tools and messaging technologiesFamiliarity with data platforms (relational and/or NoSQL), MVC frameworks like Spring, and web services (REST, SOAP), including microservices architectureExperience with high-performance application tuning and profilingCompany DescriptionAs a Java Architect/Manager you will drive the translation of a client's business problems into innovative technology solutions by owning and executing the technical vision of the project.
