Job DescriptionMain ObjectiveResponsible of planning, developing, updating and optimizing the manufacturing methods and processes of the assigned lines.
As well as, fulfilling the security, quality, quantity, time and cost requirements within the manufacturing areaWhat challenges will you have?Define, develop, optimize and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications.Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of the production lines, including but not limited to: equipment procurement and supplier follow-up, line trials and release, PPAP documentation, ECR management.Provide the correct tool specifications, and the required changes in pieces in order to ensure the continuity of production.Create and update the required documentation for production (AMEF, visual aids, flow diagram, control plan).Support on reducing down times on production due to missing machinery, tools or devices and provide assistance on the problem solving for machinery failure.Develop quality assurance processes by implementing the required quality tools.Lead work teams on production lines by assisting in the development of continuous improvements.QualificationsWho are we looking for?Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanic or MechatronicFrom 1 to 3 years of experience in the Automotive IndustryAdvanced English levelTechnical Knowledge Lean manufacturingProblem Solving (8D Methodology) Core Tools (AMEF, Control Plan, SPC, PPAP)XR Control ChartWhat you will bring to BoschGreat communication skillsContinuous improvement mindsetGood time management and activity planning Analytical skills that allow you to manage strategies for problem solvingFlexibility and leadership for problem solving*Internal ApplicationsFor internal applications we encourage that you have been in your current position for at least 18 monthsAdditional InformationGet to know more about how we work at Bosch and our new open positions on our social networks:Facebook: Instagram: LinkedIn: Tiktok: Success stories don't happen.
