We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Manufacturing Coordinator, based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon (E-Systems Division).
As Manufacturing Coordinator, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an international and growing environment reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager.
Your Tasks will be: Comply with the Production Plan. Metric: Adherence to the Production and Efficiency PlanDaily monitoring, root cause analysis, and corrective action for problems generating Scrap. Metric: ScrapCompliance with individual and group goals of the area in Continuous Improvement. Ideaccion, Best Practices, OEAB, 5'sFollow-up on the actions generated in the scheduled meetings of the area (Pulse, Start-up, Scrap, Rotation and Absenteeism, Weekly Operations, Monthly)Implementation, start-up, and follow-up in the Electronic QCPC InitiativeCompliance with the policies and procedures of quality, environment, and work standards of Lear Corporation.Attend and manage the functions of the ISO 14001 environmental management systemTo be successful in this role you will need: Bachelor's/Engineering degree preferred, industrial engineering or equivalent.At least 3 years of experience preferably in the automotive industry (required)Previous experience in the automotive SMT industry (required).
