Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer located in Juarez North, Campus.
What a typical day looks like:
- Design and implementation of production lines for automotive harnesses.
- Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.
- Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
- Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
- Confers with the production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a similar position as a Manufacturing engineer or Process engineer.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- English Intermediate (spoken and written).
- NPI experience.
- Coordination and implementation of APQP.
- Experience in automotive harnesses.
