Manufacturing Engineer

**Responsibilities**:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings within the manufacturing process

Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications requirements

Utilize tools such as ERP Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Lotus Notes) to support manufacturing operations

Use SolidWorks & AutoCAD for design and drafting tasks

Create and maintain work instructions for manufacturing processes

Manage document control for engineering documents and drawings

Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc., for quality control purposes

Design and fabricate jigs and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes

Assist in electrical schematic documentation as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience in process improvement and cost savings initiatives

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office Suites

Knowledge of SolidWorks & AutoCAD for design and drafting

Experience in creating work instructions and document control

Ability to use measuring tools for quality control purposes

Experience in designing and fabricating jigs and fixtures

Knowledge of electrical schematic documentation is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
