Manufacturing Engineer Lts

**Objective job**Supervise and execute the activities extensive/complex of departament in Manufacturing for the Series & LTS business.**Principle activities**- Support the strategic planning of the departament/unit (Abteilung/Fachbereich) by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame.- Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsability in cooperation with the supervisor and make sure there is compliance with it.- Break down and prioritize group goals for associates.- Implement guidelines, proesses and systems in his/her areaof responsability.- Manage projects within plant.- Assure delivery fulfillment and quality by the efficient use of machinery, material and equipment, according to the criteria of production planning/control and characteristics.**Job Requirements**- English advanced- Bachelor´s Degree (Indistrial Eng, Mechanical Eng)- Automotive Industry- Change management implementation
