Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. Determines parts and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification. Performs a major role in troubleshooting process issues, root causing product defects, and implementing corrective actions. Coordinate and implement changes suggested by Launch or Product Engineerings.
