Leads Digital Factory Implementation and Data Analytics Solutions To support Caterpillar Torreon Operations and manufacturing processes, towards Industry 4.0.
Responsibilities: This position will be allocated in Torreon.
Implementation of Digital and Data Analytics Solutions Overseeing manufacturing and operations engineering teams and developing/training the personnel that perform and support the plant operating functions.
Managing development, implementation and deployment of Digital Solutions to continual improvement of the operating methods, equipment, systems and other operating infrastructure used to realize operating goals and objectives.
Lead and Manage digital transformation of the factory, delivering real-time decision making, enhanced productivity, flexibility and agility to revolutionize the way the factory operates, improve and distribute their products.
Basic Qualifications: Scholarship: Software Engineering degree Experience: 3 to 4 years working with Digital solutions and IT English level: Intermediate Skills: Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Judgment and Decision Making.
Desirable Requirements: Knowledge of Operations KPIs areas (OEE, etc.)
