**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**- Manage the production of the Company's product(s) or product line - Hire, train, and develop the Company's Manufacturing Lead Associates- Ensure production documentation is complete and accurate- Scheduling of production activities- Managing technical resources assigned to direct floor support. Insure the safety of the Production floor. Develop training plans and documents to increase the skill level of all direct reports. Insure that all products made conform to the company's quality plan. Direct the daily and continuous improvement of the company's products and processes.**Experiência y requisitos**- Minimum 5 years experience in supervising manufacturing workers - Experience in high volume Medical Device manufacturing- Electronic-Mechanical Assembly and Test experience.
