Come join our team!Summary: VES is looking for a **Manufacturing Manager** to join our team in our **Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico** location.
This person will direct production, distribution, branch plant or assigned territory of industrial organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

**- Coordinates production, distribution and warehousing in accordance with established policies, principles and procedures.- Develops and implements operating methods and procedures designed to solve operating problems and improve product quality.- Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines and employees.- Reviews plans for efficient use of materials, machines and employees.- Reviews production costs and product quality and modifies production and inventory control schedules to maintain and improve the profitable operation of the division.- Responsible for overall efficiency and productivity in the area.
