Maintain high levels of productivity in OEE, safety, scrap, BOM consumption, downtime, PPM, standard cost, and turnover. Solve all the process and quality issues detected and manage cost-saving projects.What you'll do:Deliver 100% of production program volume.Start up all new machines and processes.Maintain control of the KPIs established, consumption of materials, quality, scrap, cycle time, etc.Continuous improvement of all parameters.Develop people through operative certification.Maintain a healthy work environment by detecting any issues and treating them as a priority.Responsible for Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental Protection, Monitoring and implementing actions required to accomplish the business indicators and customer satisfaction.Accomplish the guidelines established by the IGS, environmental, safety and health, and define the controls needed. Supervise that the people in charge perform their activities to accomplish business objectives.Accomplish all the stages for the "Saltillo expansion plan" on manufacturing processes.Solve any process issue through analysis and problem-solving methodology.Continuously optimize cycle time and reduce changeover time and scrap levels.Projects you'll work on:Make decisions independently regarding production processes.Stop machines if there is a safety, quality, or machine-mold condition issue.Modify parameters to ensure quality parts.Administrate all resources efficiently to meet volume and quantity/quality requirements from customers.Manage process parameters to run packaging machines to accomplish the volume of shavers budgeted for different customers. Implement continuous improvement/efficiency gain projects.Qualifications:Professional degree as Engineer.Expert on IMM and assembly processes, with at least 5 years of experience.Fluent in English.Green Belt (desirable).Expert in manufacturing processes.Advanced knowledge of Lean manufacturing.Advanced knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and instrumentation - Automation.Knowledge of World Class quality standards.Proficient in CAD/CAM/GD&T.BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer
