.IAC group is a fast-paced, high-energy environment, so naturally we are looking for an associate who is a relationship builder, an excellent analytical thinker, intuitive to business needs, and someone who can effectively communicate in challenging situations creating win-win scenarios.We are looking for passionate and talented people, who wants to build a successfully career, join us a**Program Manager**:**Principal Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to )**- **Defines the project scope **and requirements by finalizing project charters and plans, conferring with team members and obtaining stakeholder approvals- ** Creates Gantt developments and project schedules** by studying project scope and requirements; sequencing project elements; estimating time requirements; developing key milestones.- ** Lead and facilitate the New Product Introduction (NPI) **meetings with representatives from Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, and Sales, coordinating AE associates during manufacturing process development, pilot, and ramp-up of manufacturing- ** Establishes project manufacturing specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing capability, kinematic and other technical studies**:- ** Review customer request for quotes against current manufacturing capability.**:- Update and help resolve any ECO issues concerning QA compliance for new product introduction shipments.- ** Prepare quality planning documentation for manufacturing**:- Evaluate **quality results of Manufacturing activities during pilot builds**:- Interface and coordinate with designers, engineers, planners, and others associated with accomplishing the work.- Modify or create work instructions for products based on observations of the product build cycle.**JOB REQUIREMENTS****CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS****Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**- Highly s**killed with horizontal and vertical communication internally and with customers; ** using complex datasets, spreadsheets, and **Project dashboards. Understands how to obtain budgetary estimates from suppliers and when to use firm quotes for stakeholder approvals of members for finalization of project charters.- ** Skilled at developing Gantt charts and project schedules**, understanding how to sequence project elements to reduce lead-time. Develops key milestones based on long lead-time purchases and / or constrained resources. Provides adequate buffering between major events to allow for a stable planning timeline for the organization
