Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving network problems.- STAGE AND TEST: Testing and validating new hardware, software, and procedures for existing technologies, as well as any newly developed technologies.- IMPLEMENT/CONFIGURE: Demonstrating working knowledge in areas of specialization that include LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Voice, UC, Contact Center, Digital Video, Application Development, Network Security, Applied Networking and Operations.
