Could you be our next Manufacturing Supervisor?MissionEnsure the production requested by our customers is carried out safely and with high quality in our Tijuana plant.A typical day for you might include:Optimize performance of our plant by hierarchically leading teams.Managing human and material resources with unionized personnel under your responsibility, keeping them safe and maintaining 5S standards.Carrying out production line improvement projects (via root cause analysis, process improvement using Lean manufacturing tools).Training incoming unionized personnel, promoting flexibility and rotation.This may be the next step in your career journey if you have:3+ years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Production.Bachelor's degree in industrial, electrical, mechatronic engineering, or related fields.Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of quality improvement tools, techniques, and models.Desirable knowledge of performance management tools (LDS/DISS/MES/TRESS, SAP).Preferable knowledge of ISO 9000, 45000, 14000, 50000 standards.A yellow belt is desirable.What's in it for you?
