GreenStruxure is a partnership combining Schneider Electric's industry leading energy management and microgrid expertise with Huck Capital's sustainability-focused investment and operational focus.
This partnership creates an innovative alternative for building owners and operators who want to transition to renewable energy to lower emissions, increase resiliency, and reduce costs, without investing in renewable energy assets and relying on specialists to operate the microgrid.
The GreenStruxure origination and development team sells the innovative Energy as a Services offering to customers, in coordination with other teams (Investment, Legal, Tendering, Engineering).
The team leads the full development of sales opportunity from detection of leads to nurturing the opportunity to successful closure.
GreenStruxure offerings are energy as a service, outcome based services offerings based on underlying assets such as solar panels, storage system and gensets, and commercialized as a service with zero capex upfront.
What do you get to do in this position?
The Market Research Analyst will be in-charge of the market research.
Key responsibilities are as follows: * Identify sites in the target states and utilities to launch the lead generation actions.
* Research prospects to prequalify with a good match to GreenStruxture's Energy as a Service offering, which the origination salesforce would pursue.
* Synthesize the customer research insights and customer stakeholder map to augment the customer intelligence data in the CRM.
* Develop, maintain, and update the value creation map in ArcGIS, continuing to enrich with sites and prospects information.
* Monitor the customer strategy and market moves and regularly update the customer intelligence data in the repository to keep it relevant and current.
* He/She will report to the Product Management VP in charge of launching and managing the Energy as a Service offers in a fast-changing market environment.

This job might be for you if you fit the following requirements: * 1 year of relevant experience in prospect research in marketing & sales functions.
* Advanced English Level * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field, Clean energy preferred * Experience with ArcGIS * Experience in NetSuite (or similar) analytics and reporting * Experience in market/prospect research and synthesizing information * Knowledge of clean energy & sustainability reporting * Excellent computer skills with experience in the MS suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Soft skills: * Passion for sustainability * Curious and fast learner * Collaborative and team player * Detail oriented; Strong passion for data quality & continuous improvement * Effective communication in both written and oral English, and adapts to audience whatever level * Comfortable with ambiguity and working in fast moving startup.
Relationships: * Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with cross functional and multi-cultural teams.
* Shares proactively his/her experience and knowledge to ensure people around him/her have the proper context of the actions they need to contribute.
* Comfortable to engage with executive and sales audiences.
