**Responsibilities**:- In-depth knowledge of the theory and process of Data Governance & Quality- Accountable for executing quality control rules- Establish, monitor, and track quality using defined metrics.- Support in design Self-Audit capability Pre/Post sampling for all the department´s qualitative studies.- Evolve methodologies, in order to maintain sample control, sufficiency, and quality.- Promote, manage and control automation for Data sources provided by business for sampling.- In-depth knowledge of database architecture.- Perform documentation of processes and data flows.- Follow up on identified quality issues.- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data delivery for monthly sampling; monitor sample sufficiency and timeliness adherence.- Able to articulate a deep understanding and knowledge of various ways to collect customer insights.**Qualifications**:- Previous relevant experience preferred (Data Governance & Quality)- Excellent analytical and practical problem solving abilities- Effective communication in verbal and written skills- Strong Teamwork- Knowledge in Bank processes (Branch, credit, CAT, ATM, Digital, cards, mortgage, etc).- Knowledge in process documentation.- knowledge in Data quality program- Experience with planning and organization of complex and variables projects**Education**:- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.- Fluent English (written and spoken) required- **Job Family Group**:Marketing- **Job Family**:Market Research- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
