We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Communications (MarComms) Specialist to elevate our brand's presence across multiple platforms and drive effective communication strategies. You will work within a corporate environment, managing our image across various channels and leading key projects such as industry conferences, technical documents, media relations, and events.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies across online and offline platforms, including corporate website, LinkedIn, and media outlets. Manage and ensure consistency in all corporate communications, including technical documentation, press releases, and internal communications.
Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, such as industry congresses, trade shows, and client events.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex information into clear and engaging content for both internal and external audiences.
Maintain and enhance our corporate identity, ensuring brand alignment across all touchpoints.
Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and communications with journalists.
Oversee content creation in both English and Spanish, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing and Communications, preferably within the Oil and Gas or Energy sectors. Bilingual (English and Spanish), with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proven experience with digital marketing, media relations, event management, and technical documentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of corporate brand management and corporate communications best practices. Proficiency with marketing tools, including CMS, social media platforms, and design software.
