Some of our customers include Colgate, Paramount, Visa, Ancestry, Tommy Bahama, and more.Key responsibilities:Assist in various marketing tasks, including writing email campaigns, proofreading content, and creating processes to improve team efficiency.Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring easy access and version control.Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing events, webinars, and conferences.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in marketing workflows.Compile basic marketing data and assist in analysis to support data-driven decision-making.Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of marketing materials across different channels (email, social media, website, etc.).Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.Assist in creating and updating marketing presentations, reports, and spreadsheets as needed.Collaborate with team members to support ongoing marketing initiatives and projects.Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in marketing.Strong foundation in marketing principles and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Basic understanding of email marketing platforms and content management systems.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies quickly.Proactive and self-motivated with a growth mindset.Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices.Basic analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data (preferred).How we care:Competitive pay.Mission-aligned company event participation.Inclusive, collaborative, and exciting start-up culture.Accelerated career & personal growth.Culture Club and more!
