**Marketing Business Development Representative**Marketing Agency - B2B ProjectsTo be successful in this role, you need to be a self-starter with lots of energy and enthusiasm. You should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as a good understanding of the b2b market and the challenges that our clients face. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team and be able to handle rejection and feedback.**Responsibilities**- Research and identify potential customers using various sources, such as LinkedIn, databases, referrals, etc.- Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, authority, and timeline, and record them in our CRM system.- Schedule appointments for qualified leads with our sales team and follow up with them until they are closed.- Assist in the execution of outbound marketing campaigns, such as newsletters, webinars, case studies, etc., to generate leads and increase brand awareness.- Track and measure the performance of your lead generation activities, and report on the results and insights.- Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in b2b marketing and lead generation.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a lead generation specialist or a similar role in a marketing agency or a b2b company.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences and channels.- Strong persuasion skills, and the ability to overcome objections and handle rejections.- Proficient in using CRM systems, such as HubSpot, preferred, and other tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, Teams, etc.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven, with a high level of initiative and creativity.- Team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.**About Inviso**:_Inviso is a premier consulting firm that delivers business solutions through Solution Assessment, Azure Infrastructure, Modern Work & Security, Data & Analytics, Business Process Automation, Cloud Cost & License Optimization, Staffing, and Marketing.
