****YOUR ROLE**:- Full responsibility administration of categories together with the ACB Marketing Team- Checking on improvement or changes in sales or profitability of products and identifying potential financial changes due to raw materials, lack of product, inconveniences in transportation, new formulas, etc.- Innovation and product development- Definition of short-long term plan to achieve categories & business results and monitoring of KPI's- Handle marketing mix, promotional, digital & communication plans, brand activation and budget management- Cross functional collaboration with International Marketing team, Sales and Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and support areas.- Coordination of external agencies for the implementation of ad hoc brand projects/activities- Strong drive of the local marketing activation for the respective categories to reinforce our leadership position on a very challenging market.- Work with clear objective on brand impact, organic sales growth, profit, and market shares in the short & long term.- Definition of the full marketing mix with product portfolio, innovations, and promotional plan.- Monitoring and reporting of the different KPI's (brand visibility, market shares, sales performance, tracking of innovations and media campaigns, profitability, portfolio reviews, budget follow-up, )**YOUR SKILLS**:- Fluency in English is mandatory- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or Industrial Engineering- At least 3-5 years of previous experience in Marketing/Brand Management/Business Management- Able to perform market, financial and Sell-in/Sell-out analysis- Financial Indicators & P&L reading and understanding- Strong analytical and solution-oriented person with enthusiastic and flexible personality- Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point and DatabaseHenkel is an equal opportunity employer.
